Just got my new Acer today !
I had been looking at the Acer Aspire w/10″ screen for ages, and just so happened to look at Acer’s website and saw this one with the 11.6″ screen and decided based on such positive reviews on the other model, to get this one.
(Sucks that I had already ordered the leather case for the 10″ model in advance, so it doesn’t fit this one)
I have both this acer, the 11.6 inch with 8 hour battery life (reality: think 6ish if you have multiple windows open and in use), and also the little tiny 8.9″ acer with extended battery life (reality for this one, think 41/2 hours battery life) as well.
I first bought the 8.9″ acer for travel and portability and I had a bigger laptop at home that I used for writing reports and other, bigger, projects.
I love my new netbook, it is perfect for traveling the color is amazing. Plenty of harddrive space and works like a charm. thank you.
